📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in residential projects.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into building designs.
Conduct site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of MEP installations.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project reviews and approvals.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MEP engineering.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on residential projects.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Bali.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in MEP engineering or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
Familiarity with local construction practices and materials in Bali.
