📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our engineering team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our facilities.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our engineering processes.
• Mentor and develop the skills of our engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the facility management industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address facility management challenges.
• Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Manage and optimize our facility management software, including SAP and other relevant tools.
• Lead and participate in project management activities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Facility Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering operations and facility management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, BIFM, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, including SAP, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
