In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and drive operational efficiency. You will use tools like Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping to ensure that our operations are running at their optimal level. Your daily tasks will include conducting process audits, facilitating lean workshops, and providing training to employees on lean principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement lean principles and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate lean workshops and training sessions for employees.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing or process improvement.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of lean tools and techniques, including Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and lean management software.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a plus.
