📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer service.
• Assist the Store Manager in implementing retail strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
• Train and mentor store staff to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track store performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the store's budget and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on visual merchandising.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-fashion environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of Bali's retail market and customer preferences is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
