Coinbase is seeking a Principal Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our global recruitment efforts, building a strong talent pipeline, and attracting top talent to support our mission of making crypto easy. This is a remote position based in the USA.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the global recruitment process for Coinbase, including identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key hiring partners and industry influencers.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and business needs.,Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and integration.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Principal Recruiter or similar role in a high-growth company.,Strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
