📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential micro-entrepreneurs and small businesses for SMBC’s financial products and services.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand the unique financial challenges and opportunities of local businesses.
• Present and demonstrate SMBC’s range of financial solutions, including microloans, savings accounts, and digital banking services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and SMBC’s product offerings to ensure you are providing the best possible service to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to drive the success of SMBC’s financial inclusion initiatives.
• Attend and participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in microfinance and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of microfinance and financial inclusion principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
• Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and the ability to work in Bali.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a commitment to driving financial inclusion in Bali.
