📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the quality and configuration of IT systems to ensure they meet the stringent requirements of our banking client.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT solutions using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and Jira.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes and configurations.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on IT Quality Control and Configuration Management best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve IT processes and configurations.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of IT solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Quality Control and Configuration Management, preferably in the banking sector.
• Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or other relevant IT governance frameworks are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and Jira.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
