As an Accounts Payable Analyst at OmniQuest, you will be responsible for processing and verifying vendor invoices, reconciling accounts payable, and ensuring timely payment of bills. You will work closely with our finance team to maintain accurate financial records and provide support for financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices using SAP or similar ERP systems
- Reconcile accounts payable and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure timely payment of bills and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits
- Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain and update vendor master data in the ERP system
- Assist in the preparation of vendor contracts and agreements
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
