📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Contact debtors via phone, email, and online platforms to negotiate payment plans and collect outstanding amounts.
• Update and maintain our CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on collection progress.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and work with clients to resolve any issues that may be delaying payments.
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and any challenges encountered.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving collection efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with debtors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
