📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in developing and executing customer acquisition strategies
- Support sales teams in reaching and exceeding targets
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Create and manage customer databases using CRM systems
- Assist in designing and implementing email marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize marketing efforts
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven interest and basic knowledge in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
