📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure financial accuracy in day-to-day transactions.
• Support the finance team in audits and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
