PCBA Technician - Soldering & Debugging Specialist (Electronics Manufacturing)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform soldering and desoldering of electronic components using lead-free solder paste and rework stations
• Troubleshoot and debug PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) issues using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
• Conduct visual and electrical inspections of PCBA to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Work with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines to assemble electronic components
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve production processes and quality control
• Document and report defects and issues encountered during the manufacturing process
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PCBA Technician or similar role in electronics manufacturing
• Proven expertise in soldering, desoldering, and PCBA troubleshooting
• Familiarity with SMT machines, AOI systems, and X-ray inspection equipment
• Knowledge of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and production targets
