As a Supply Chain Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our supply chain operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from procurement to delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and efficient supply chain operations.,Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the supply chain operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities with other business functions.,Provide regular reports and updates on supply chain performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools such as ERP systems, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the supply chain industry is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
