Providing excellent customer service to clients,Handling financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers,Assisting clients with account inquiries and transactions,Ensuring accuracy and completeness of transaction records,Maintaining a clean and organized work area,Following all company policies and procedures,Assisting in the training and development of junior staff,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the branch

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Teller in a banking environment,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field,Strong knowledge of banking products and services,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Proficiency in using computer and banking software,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture,Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
