📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage and oversee the performance of the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay updated on market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
