📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fertilizer industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
