📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to achieve high levels of customer service and food service excellence.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
