📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct cost analysis and negotiate prices to ensure competitive procurement.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
