Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,Identify and implement process improvements,Manage inventory and supply chain operations,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of achieving operational goals and objectives,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
