📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and oversee the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in residential projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into building designs.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of MEP installations.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project reviews and approvals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MEP engineering.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on residential projects.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Bali.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in MEP engineering or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
- Familiarity with local construction practices and materials in Bali.
