📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company objectives and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagement.,Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training materials.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training outcomes to inform future training strategies.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and project management skills.
