QUILL Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Banquet Staff to join our team in Bantul. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and has a keen eye for detail.

As the Lead Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our banquet events. You will work closely with our event coordinators, chefs, and other staff to ensure that every event is a success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and coordinate banquet events from start to finish.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of food and beverage services.
  • Ensure that all events are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate banquet staff to ensure they are performing at their best.
  • Work closely with event coordinators to ensure that all event details are met.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all events and customer feedback.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or catering.
  • Proven experience in managing banquet staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with event planning software.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
