Byte Bright Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. As an Inventory Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. You will work closely with our sales and procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and support our operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and update inventory levels in real-time using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy of records.,Generate and maintain inventory reports for management and internal use.,Collaborate with the procurement team to reorder stock and manage supplier relationships.,Work with the sales team to ensure accurate stock availability information.,Identify and address any discrepancies in inventory records.,Maintain clean and organized inventory records and documentation.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory management processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements.
