Sumber Anggi Tea is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our tea plantation, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and sustainability. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site, providing a balanced approach to managing our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tea plantation, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support.,Implement and monitor sustainable practices to ensure the long-term health of the plantation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role, preferably in the tea industry.,Strong understanding of agricultural practices and sustainable farming methods.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, both in the office and on-site.
