📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, working closely with hiring managers to find the best talent
• Handle employee benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Support the company's growth by analyzing HR metrics and providing insights

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the food service industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR
