📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support the IT department in implementing and managing IT policies and procedures.,Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT equipment, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Good understanding of IT security principles and practices.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.
