📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and maintain cloud solutions.
• Document and maintain comprehensive knowledge base for cloud services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
• Assist in the planning and execution of cloud migration projects.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Train and mentor junior team members on cloud technologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in cloud support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Prometheus.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
