📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present reports on restaurant performance and sales.
  • Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage staff and handle customer complaints.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
