📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet.

Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.

Coordinate with mechanics and vendors for vehicle repairs and servicing.

Track and manage fuel consumption and costs.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and performance.

Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet operations.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Provide support in organizing and managing vehicle documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.

Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards is beneficial.
