In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage and mentor junior accountants,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Provide financial support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus
