📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet our standards.,Document and report any quality issues or defects.,Work closely with production and packaging teams to identify and resolve quality problems.,Implement and monitor quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control practices.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations.,Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and improve product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP).,Good understanding of food production processes and packaging.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Valid food safety certification is a plus.
