📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring they are motivated and productive.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.,Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and development.,Manage team schedules and ensure compliance with company policies.,Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive team environment.,Report to senior management on team performance and project status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.,Familiarity with HR management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
