PT Hijau Berkah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Finance Admin to join our dynamic team in Cipayung, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily financial transactions and records.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports and statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide support to the finance manager in financial planning and analysis.,Train and mentor junior finance staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance administration.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
