📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.,Monitor cash handling and inventory to prevent losses and ensure accuracy.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures.,Familiarity with customer service best practices.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
