📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Bartender in preparing and mixing drinks according to the menu and customer preferences.,Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, including cleaning glassware, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar is presentable.,Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their drinks are served promptly and accurately.,Monitor the bar's inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in special events and promotions, such as cocktail tastings and themed nights.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role.,Knowledge of various types of spirits, mixers, and garnishes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.,Familiarity with the use of bar equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid ID and legal right to work in Indonesia.
