📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve delinquent accounts, ensuring timely recovery of overdue payments.
• Develop and implement effective collections strategies to maximize recovery rates.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with debtors to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
• Use collections software such as Salesforce and Acuity to track and manage accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.
• Provide regular reports to management on collections performance and trends.
• Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to debtors, maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Strong understanding of collections processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using collections software such as Salesforce and Acuity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
