Berkah Dewi Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Monitor and maintain network and server performance,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues,Ensure the security and backup of IT systems and data,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with network protocols and security,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture,Willingness to travel to different locations as needed
